Job Summary
ProGamersGroup is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Development Lead to drive the strategy and execution of our chair category. This role is pivotal in shaping innovative, high-performance seating solutions tailored for gamers and professionals alike. You will lead cross-functional collaboration and oversee the full product lifecycle —from concept to launch— ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, ergonomics, and design.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute the product strategy for the chair category aligned with company goals
Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on market insights, customer needs, and business impact
Product Development Oversight
Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation through design, prototyping, testing, and commercialization
Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality, cost, and performance targets
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, and project management teams to bring products to life
Facilitate alignment across departments to ensure seamless execution and communication
Market & User Insights
Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
Champion user-centric design and continuous product improvement
Stakeholder Management
Present product plans, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership
Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and external partners as needed
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Proven experience in product development or product management, ideally within furniture, gaming, or consumer goods
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap planning
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Language Requirements
Proficiency in English is required
Mandarin language skills are highly recommended
